Market screener / live data

Screen the movers.

Real-time crypto, daily forex reference rates, and US stocks through our data proxy. Screens show movement — momentum, volume, trend — never buy or sell signals.

Not financial advice. Everything on this page is educational market data and screening. Trading involves risk of loss. Do your own research or talk to a licensed professional before trading real money.

Penny / OTC mover radar

Penny mover radar.

⚠️ Extreme risk. Penny and OTC stocks are pump-and-dump territory: wide spreads, low liquidity, halts, and dilution. This radar alerts on movement only — a mover is never a recommendation. Not financial advice. Most traders lose money in penny stocks; never trade money you can't afford to lose.
No tickers on the radar yet. Add one above — prices are checked every 60 seconds while this tab stays open.

When a threshold trips you get all four at once: sound alarm + phone vibration + flashing banner + notification. Quotes come through our data proxy (Yahoo Finance upstream) and may be delayed.

    Options selling / education

    The premium playbook.

Selling options means collecting premium for taking on an obligation — it works best as a system, not a lottery ticket. Realistic target for disciplined sellers: 1–3% per month on deployed capital. Below is the education; the Paper Trade Lab lets you practice it with $10,000 of play money.

Not financial advice. Options can expire worthless — or blow past your strike. Implied-volatility and unusual-activity data require a paid feed we don't have, so we flag elevated activity candidates (high momentum + unusual volume) as research starting points only — never as signals.

    Cash-secured puts

You sell a put and keep enough cash to buy 100 shares at the strike if assigned. You collect premium up front.

Capital neededStrike × 100 per contract
    Max profitPremium collected
    Max lossStrike − premium (stock → $0)
Best usedOn stocks you'd own anyway

    Covered calls

You own 100 shares and sell a call against them, collecting premium for capping your upside at the strike.

    Capital needed100 shares per contract
Max profitPremium + (strike − cost)
    Max lossShares − premium (stock → $0)
    Best usedOn flat/slowly rising holdings

    The wheel

The system: sell cash-secured puts until assigned, then sell covered calls on the shares until called away, then repeat. Premium on both legs.

Capital neededStrike × 100 to start
    EdgePremium twice per cycle
    RiskBag-holding in a crash
    Best usedQuality stocks, 30–45 DTE

House rules (learn these before real money)

    • Never sell naked calls. Unlimited loss potential — the one trade that can end an account.
    • Take profit near 50%. Buy back the option when you've captured half the premium; the remaining risk isn't worth the wait.
    • Avoid earnings. Volatility crushes and gap moves are account-killers while you're learning.
    • Size small: risk no more than 2–5% of capital on any single position.
    • 30–45 days to expiry is the sweet spot for premium decay vs. risk.

    Elevated activity candidates

High momentum + unusual volume right now, computed from the screener above. Research starting points for your broker — not signals, not financial advice.

    Paper trade lab

    Paper Trade Lab.

$10,000 of play money. Zero real dollars. Buy and sell US stocks and crypto at live-ish prices from the same free feeds as the screener, learn the mechanics lesson by lesson, and review every trade. Saved in this browser only — no account, no sign-up.

Educational simulation only — not financial advice. This lab cannot predict live results, and paper profits do not transfer to real trading. Most traders lose money with real capital — never trade money you can't afford to lose.

Covered calls assume you own 100 shares per contract (shares aren't tracked — this lab practices the premium side). P/L = (premium collected − premium paid to close) × 100 × contracts.
