Privacy Policy

      The short version: cybergrokr.com has no accounts, no logins, and no comment sections. We collect almost nothing about you directly.
    

What we collect

Email correspondence. If you write to us, we keep your message so we can reply. We do not sell it or add you to a mailing list without your consent.
Hosting logs. Our host (Cloudflare) may log basic technical data such as IP addresses and request times for security and reliability, under their own policies.
Aggregate page-view analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service. It tells us things like how many visits each page got, which pages are popular, and approximate referrers, countries, and device types — in aggregate only. It sets no cookies, and it does not collect names, email addresses, or IP addresses tied to you.
Anonymous conversion counts. A small first-party script on this site counts certain anonymous clicks — for example, how many times visitors tapped an affiliate deal, a book-buy link, a contest entry button, or a newsletter signup. It records only the count and the day; it does not know or record who clicked. No identifiers of any kind are stored.

What we do not do

No user accounts or passwords on this site.
No advertising trackers, fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking cookies.
No Google Analytics or similar third-party profilers.
We never sell personal information, because we barely hold any.
We cannot see who you are. Even we, the site owners, have no way to connect page-view or click counts back to an individual visitor — the data we keep has no identities in it at all.

Affiliate links

Some links on this site are affiliate links. Clicking one takes you to a partner's website (for example a retailer or program network); from that point their privacy policy applies, not ours. See our affiliate disclosure for which programs we work with.

Purchases

Book purchases are processed by Gumroad on their checkout. Payment details you enter there are handled under Gumroad's privacy policy and terms — we never see your card numbers.

Casino Trip Planner app

Our Casino Trip Planner Android app (package com.cybergrokr.casinotripplanner) is a trip-planning utility. It collects no personal data:

No accounts. There is no sign-up, no login, and no profile.
No analytics or advertising SDKs in the app.
License keys. Passes are bought on our website through Gumroad (their privacy policy applies at checkout). To unlock a pass in the app you paste the license key Gumroad issued you; the app sends that key to our own server (cybergrokr-api.cybergrokr.workers.dev) for a yes/no validity check against the Gumroad license record. The key is then stored only on your device so the pass stays unlocked. We receive no name, email, or other personal data in this check.
Email-my-itinerary. Tapping it opens your own mail app with the itinerary pre-filled via a mailto: link. Any address you type goes to your mail app only — we never see it, store it, or send email on your behalf.
Permissions. The app requests no device permissions beyond basic internet access. It does not read your location, contacts, camera, or storage.
21+. The app is a planning tool for adults 21 and over. No real-money gambling, wagering, or casino games take place in the app. Responsible-gaming helplines (1-800-GAMBLER, 1-888-ADMIT-IT) are shown in the app.

Because we hold no personal data from app users, there is nothing to delete — but you can still reach us at cybergrokr@gmail.com with any question.
